All vehicle listings on our website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, vehicle specifications, pricing, availability, and options are subject to change without notice.

• Prices do not include tax, title, registration, or applicable fees unless explicitly stated
• All vehicles are subject to prior sale
• Mileage figures are accurate at time of listing but may change between updates
• Vehicle images may show optional equipment not included in the listed price

All vehicle purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Deposits placed on vehicles are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to South Carolina state sales tax where applicable.

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Sav-On Cars Inc does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval.

Trade-in and vehicle purchase offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection.

• Trade-in offers are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
• You must have clear title or payoff information to complete a trade-in or sale
• We reserve the right to decline any vehicle for any reason

Our 30-day buyback program provides eligible customers with a 30-day money-back guarantee on qualifying vehicle purchases. The buyback applies to the original purchase price of the vehicle, subject to the following conditions:

• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as purchased, subject to reasonable wear
• Mileage must not exceed 1,000 additional miles from the date of purchase
• Vehicle must be returned to our Ladson, SC dealership location
• Buyback request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase
• All original keys, manuals, and accessories must be returned

Shipping services are arranged through third-party carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Sav-On Cars Inc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at time of delivery.

Our at-home detailing services are performed by trained professionals at your specified location. Service pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package.

• Customer must provide adequate space and access for detailing equipment
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a service fee
• Results may vary based on vehicle condition and paint history
